They are a huge company and are buying up a lot of rentals. I have no personal experience with them, but I would encourage you to go on the internet and do some research. One good thing about dealing with a big company as a landlord is there will not be any issues with the home getting foreclosed or with an individual owner who can't afford to make repairs. Usually there is more paperwork with a big company, but there are good and bad. All their information is on their website. The best thing to do is to contact the agent listed or company with the For Sale Sign and ask if they will also consider renting the home. If you could have provided an address I could have researched it for you and let you know what the listing information provided.
