As former President of the Berkeley Property Owners Association I have a soft spot for Berkeley Real Estate. Our company also sells a large number of apartment buildings near the UC Berkeley campus. I would recommend talking to the Berkeley rent board and investigating the Berkeley Property Owners Association prior to actually buying a multi-unit.
