How long does it usually take for a recorded deed in Alameda County to be mailed to the owner?
That Deed should come to you within a week or so of recordation.
If you need it immediately, you can go to the county and have them get you a copy of it...immediately.

At $379/SqFt, this is priced much lower than other recent sales in the area. Can someone explain why?
Hello,

Appraisals are not based on square footage alone. Other factors that can come into play are the type of a lot, orientation, amenities, construction type, etc.
