On the west side of the mountains the title companies when acting as escrow do sometimes use notaries who are not part of the escrow department. Hopefully an agent in that area will respond and tell you which title companies operate in that county.... more
Really good ideas coming from marketing professionals - much appreciated. Our target market is higher ($60K+) income folks/early retirees looking for their dream home with land, privacy and character (It is designed by Architect John Boecker). They like a neighborhood with all custom-built, beautiful homes, but like the privacy of them being 5-8 acre minimum parcels. A secondary market would be folks with 1-2 children who want lots of safe play area outside at home and in an excellent school district (Prosser) with small student/teacher ratios.
They want to be able to comfortably work from home or have their own office for weekend work. They want access to local shopping for groceries, plays, and sporting events (high school), but want to be within 1/2 hour of a large city with shopping centers and 45 minutes from an airport for business trips or vacations. They love the outdoors and like seeing wildlife on their property and hearing birds in the morning. They might enjoy growing their own tomatoes, vegetables and herbs.
The perfect target buyer would also be a wine enthusiast as this is the heart of Washington Wine County and our property has a small vineyard, garden and small orchard.... more
