In Avondale 85392 , home values for most homes in this price range have risen in the last few months by 20% . Move in ready homes are commanding a higher price. Homes in you stated price range are almost impossible to find. You will see lots of interest.
"Quick Sale", in the current market, is usually used to describe a property that is either (a) not a short sale (so no long wait for bank approval); or (b) is a short sale but bank approval has already been given, so the closing can happen quickly. The term is used a lot these days, because so many properties are in the early stages of the short sale process, and there are a lot of buyers out there who are not in a position to wait for an indefinite period of time to close ... so a "quick sale" sounds appealing to them.
