Why the difference between the yearly taxes as part of the mortgage (12x84= $984 ) and the taxes for 2014 ($1649)?
probably because the calculators just use a generic estimate when figuring it into the mortgage payment, not the ACTUAL amount. the $1649 would be more accurate so just swap out the fig ... more
