That info isn't published in our MLS, but you can get an indication from local title companies. The "Notice of Default" that mortgagees have to file before foreclosing is a public record, and can be obtained by talking to a customer service rep at the title company.
I recommend Pacific NW Title 503-671-0525, or First American Title 503-219-8746.
Feel free to get in touch with me if you have any additional questions.

I'm not sure that I understand your question. Are you unhappy with the display of your home within our foreclosure search results? If there are any errors about the property information I recommend that you contact RealtyTrac to ensure that they are corrected.
