As long as there are buyers willing to buy at almost any cost, it's really hard to say. We all hope buyers will be reasonable but with no inventory to speak of where is the top. What will be interesting to watch are the neighborhoods with historically low sales and API Scores. When will people decide homes in those areas are worth buying? How long does it take to turn a neighborhood around with an influx of different cultures? Interesting questions to watch for 2014?
