Hi Carol, there are some out there but sometimes the benefit of the "rent" part doesn't match the own part. It depends on how much the owner is willing to allow you to accumulate in your rent, towards your ownership. If a seller owns the property it's more viable than someone who has a mortgage, since they have to cover that cost, plus upkeep, etc. Sounds like Tom, below may have something for you.
