I second what Don said. Find your own agent to help you through the process of buying ANY homes, not just foreclosures. Good luck to you!

Bank owned properties are listed by various brokers. You do not want to work with the agent of the listing for an bank owned or any property for that matter. They have one obligation and that is to get the seller, whether a bank or an individual as much money as possible from any potential buyer.

Find an agent to represent you on this transaction or the next one should this fall through. Your agent is always looking out for your best interests.

Hope this helps.

You don't need to know listing agent to find out the process. I can help you through the process.

You don't need to find out who the Listing Agent is:
You can have your own agent for the same price!
Maybe better!
