Realtor from California- I joined Titanium about 3 weeks ago,, since I have received 11 assignments and just converted a short sale listing. What I like most of all is that I am trully helping people and educating them before they foreclose, and getting paid for it... Hush,, this is a consistent warm lead base that leads to more and more referrals in the long run. every client I meet I am adding them to my database for future reference.

I am a Home Retention Consultant with Titanium Solutions, and I am located in Flagstaff, Arizona. I very much like what I do. Titanium is a very good company. The receive assignments from lenders, and they then give me assignments to go to the homes of people who are behind on their mortgage. Most of the time I simply help them fill out some paperwork so they loan servicer will do a loan modification to help them get back on track. Sometimes I cannot get in touch with the homeowner, so I simply take a photo of the home and fill out one form, and I still get paid a minimal amount. The homeowners appreciate what I do. They are grateful, and if they do need to sell, they have a flyer I made, and a business card so they can contact me. Titanium has given me training to do short sales, in case that becomes necessary. I can use the training and the paperwork they have given me to help other homeowners who are in a pre-foreclosure situation as well. Titanium may not pay a lot, but you will get paid to develop trusting relationships with people, help people, and get possible leads for future sales.

thanks for the answers, heres another question, who are you doing the bpo's for? the potential seller? how many listings have you taken? how many have closed escrow? They are requesting a $100.00 to start with them, so I just want to get a little more feed back please. also, are the listings you are taking all short sales?

I am currently worhking with Titanium Solutions as a HRC. I work these leads when I am not so busy. I see this as an opportunity to work with sellers and help them avoid a foreclosure by selling their home quickly. I think its definately something to be tried out. You do not need to select areas that are far from your home or office as you will have to make atleast 3 personal contacts before you close the file.

I worked for Titanium Solutions for about a year.. You will do BPO's and consult with homeowners who are behind on payments.. If the situation fits, you will list their property and give TS a referral fee (25%). They feed you the leads and you work them.. it can be a nice supplement to your business.. I personally got tired of doing BPO's and not getting very many listings.. but this may work great for you.. There are at least 2 other agents in my office that are currently working with TS and love it.
