license number as well as my state

I am having problems with inputting my license number as well as my state where the license was issued. I have a monthly premium membership with Trulia, I am afraid this is affecting my visibility to the public because I'm not at 100%. Anyone else is having this type of problem. I contacted customer support last Friday but the issue hasnt been resolved over the weekend. Please let me know if you're having the same issue. If you havent yet noticed, try checking your profile again.

This is a known bug.

I've been having the same problem so I talked to my rep. She sent a ticket to the people that work on this stuff and this is what was said:

"There is a known bug right now with profiles not taking information, or pulling it from random places, including removing license numbers and phone numbers. ERT is working on it. I added your agent to our parent case. Once its resolved we will let you know."

I've been having the same issue. Just as when points disappear and then return, I think they'll get this resolved eventually.

As far as reduced visibility due to the issue, contact your rep. They may be able to provide you with a credit of some kind to make you whole again.

I've been having the same issue since last week. My license number disappeared and customer service tells me to use a different browser to update it. They are now not responding to my emails on this.

I don't see this info on anyone else's profile either so I think there is a system issue.

I sent another email for an update and got this response, so it sounds like they are working on it now:

"Thank you for contacting Trulia and notifying us about this error. We have experienced a technical issue in our system and our engineers are currently searching for a solution. We thank you for your patience. Please be assured that we are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible."

Call your Trulia Rep - they can assist you with this.

I had the same issue. I was informed that the issue has been fixed. They told me that if I had anymore issues to call them directly.

i have been experiencing the same problem and spoke to a Trulia rep about a week ago. No solution has been made for my profile. Have they informed you as to what happened to our profiles?

Only Trulia rep can enter license and state info. You may call Customer Service or email customersupport@trulia.com for assist.
