I've been having the same problem so I talked to my rep. She sent a ticket to the people that work on this stuff and this is what was said:
"There is a known bug right now with profiles not taking information, or pulling it from random places, including removing license numbers and phone numbers. ERT is working on it. I added your agent to our parent case. Once its resolved we will let you know."
As far as reduced visibility due to the issue, contact your rep. They may be able to provide you with a credit of some kind to make you whole again.
I don't see this info on anyone else's profile either so I think there is a system issue.
