if i have a nj realtors license and i move to florida, is there reciprocity?

No. There is not.

Florida I believe is a transactional state and I don't believe it has reciprocity but check with your state board of local MLS. You can take the Florida licensing course in NY and might be able to take it in NJ. Check your local real estate schools. Good luck!
