It could be two reasons: one, theyâ€™re not receiving them (always a possibility!), or two, they donâ€™t like to communicate by email. Many people via email as nothing but a chore. Picking up the phone is often the best solution. And when you do make contact, ask how they prefer to communicate â€“ that should be your first step any time you are engaging with someone.
