Hi Patrizia
I use all of the online resouces to advertise a lease and since I carry a 1/2 page ad in a magazine every month I will use a lease in there if space permits. I don't have 93 different venues, because I only use what works....I DO LOVE craigs list. Email me and I will give you the inside scoop on what I have found to work for me, and you can put it to work for your clients. (Caution, I may ask you to call into the radio Coaching show at some point in the future, so if you are scared of hearing your voice on the radio....be aware.....) ;- )

Yes, Patrizia. Eventhough we don't make as much overall on a lease I will advertise a lease just like any other listing. I, of course, look for advertising that isn't going to cost a lot or is free.

Patrizia, I put rentals in the MLS and on point 2 agent which puts it on about 20 websites. I pretty much treat them like a listing.

Hi Patricia,
Yes, I advertise leases as well. It depends on the type of lease involved. If it is a higher end property with a higher rental income, you would attract a different kind of crowd dependent on where you advertise. In addtion to paid advertising, I post on Craig's list every 2 days and email a info sheet to all the agents in my office. I even hold open houses for the lease property on a Sunday where several interested parties can come in to view it. Hope this help...
