6 -9 month rental needed!

Asked by Angele Moyseos, Austin, TX Wed Oct 19, 2011

Hi all, I have clients relocating to Austin and are in need of a 3 bedroom home, 6 months for sure with the option to go MTM after that. They can pay the fist 6 months up front in cash. The tricky part is that they have 3 dogs (all non-aggressive, well behaved) under 60 pounds each. Please if any of you have a listing that fits this criteria or a purchase listing that isn't moving, please message me! Thanks so much!

Michael Sanguiliano’s answer
What's their price range and when do they need the property?
I have a property that might work.
Would need an additional deposit for the dogs and a non refundable cleaning fee.

Where are they wanting to relocate to? I have a home in Pflugerville, 2744 sqft, built in 2009, nice home. Has a large fenced back yard. MLS # 2834331 3013 Hawks Swoop. It is near all tolls in Blackhawk area. Feel free to contact me 512-294-7239 Velisa Valk Jackson Properties.

I've done all that actually and for one reason or another none of those work. I've got a search set up for them as well. I'm about to start calling purchase listings in the area they want but thought I'd try here first. Thank you for replying!

MLS (LSE) search function minimum lease months (maximum 6 months) turns up 25 houses in Austin. Send the list to your clients, have them pick a few out, and then start calling listing agents to ask about the dogs.
