You should try placing an ad on one of the free home trading sites that actually work like Craigslist or http://www.CareToTrade.com or possibly even ebay

Hey Jeff and Deb,
Where are your owners wanting to move to? Are they wanting to stay in the same area or relocate? I guess I am just trying to figure out what type of trade they would like. I am familiar with WNC I have lived in Asheville, Skyland, and the foothills of Boone, Lenoir area. I am know in Greensboro so if you need any help in this area just let me know.
