I have no idea why some agents are so careless with inputting correct information..OR......more importantly, not uploading photos, or, worse yet, TERRIBLE photos of their listings.
I sometimes shake my head in amazement at what I see online, and say to myself:" What are they thinking"?
Some room photos I saw were so dark, I could not make out what rooms they were......one brain surgeon thought it was enticing to upload photos of the hot water heater..close ups, no less!!!!....now, call me silly, but no matter now sparkling and new a HWH might be, it doesn't belong in the photo display of a listing!
That basically says you have nothing else to showcase about the home.
Now, I understand that some homes are "challenging" when it comes to presenting them online.......but if you do your job and declutter the house.....and clean up the bathroom and backyard, I am certain a few favorable, clear shots could be provided.
If you have a house in which the seller can't, or won't, cooperate in sprucing it up - at least take some exterior shots and a lot of neighborhood and town photos...........play up anything positive you can find!!
I feel you on this one...
Isn't that part of our job?!!!!
I often have requests from buyers to send more information or more pictures,
so I call the agent.....and you know the end of this story: no answer and no returned calls or emails~ seems, they are not interested in my buyers... I wonderrrrr Why?
It's definitely not hard. It could be laziness or lack of attention to detail.
If you can't even put a photo of the front of the building, how can I feel confident that you'll pay enought attention to the sales transaction?
