Hi,

What is Realty Call Center?

My experience is that most agents do a pretty poor job of working the TREC contract form.

GRI One does a great job on contracts.

Looks like nothing wants talking about contracts. Anyway, I do.

Let me put some questions here if anyone are interested.

Can real estate person help a buyer to prepare the offer and explain the purchase agreement without showing the subjest property?

Can real estate person help a buyer or seller to understand the existing lease agreement in a investment property transaction?

I love contracts not real estate contracts only.

Please, be careful, what we can talk is the knowledge and concepts only. Explaining or advising particular real case might become Unauthorized Practice of Law that is illegal in almost all of the states.

Because you run like a ... oh, never mind. Someone put me up to that.

Seriously, what exactly are you looking to discuss? How to write them? How to find clients for whom you can write one? Endorsement contracts for tricked-out headsets? If there's any way to recreate the buzz some of us got in elementary school from copies fresh off the mimeograph machine?

Not sure what the point here is ...

If you are wanting specifics and legalities, I would suggest speaking with a Real Estate Attourney who is well versed in these matters.

Is this really a question? Why talk about contracts when we could be talking about closings? :)
