Go to Allied's site at: http://www.realestatelicense.com
There are many out there and it is a matter of preference. Allied is all I use and feel that their programs are easy to use and provide the best education and value for the money. Again, it is a matter of personal preference but, if you want to gain something and get excellent support, in my opinion, Allied is the way to go.

Allied is the worst. Course material is terrible.

Hi Toni, when I took the brokers exam I used Duane Gomer's materials and I walked out of the exam knowing I had passed. When you sign up for the exam, you will get a bunch of offers for crash courses. I also used an online course (I think it was called Pass Pass) where you just answered questions over and over until they were ingrained in your brain.
Good Luck!

We have used Blair Blacks Realty Institute for many years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Michelle used his Brokers Crash Course last year and walked right through it. Good Luck! -Cory

As a professional in the business for 21 yrs and own 3 Realty Executive offices, I hear from new and old licensees that First Tuesday is great to go through because it's all on line and you get a personal contact with the company to help answer questions and advise you through this process.
I have used them for years to renew my own license and as most everyone I am so busy that I can only study here and there and even late at night or very in the morning. It work for me. Good luck with your real estate goals.

Hi Robyn! I used Real Estate Trainers back in 99 and passed first time. They had a great real estate crash course back then but I've heard it's changed. They were still very good though and they have a brokers crash course online I think. I'm with Christopher though on Allied as I ordered all my broker courses from them recently and their education materials seem far superior and best for your money. They give you videos/cd's and you can take the crash course as many times as necessary and they offer a money back guarantee. I'll provide the link to RT in case you want to check them out as well.

I used Allied and then got a practice test on Ebay for California which was really good.

Good luck.

Allied customer service is very impolite. Ignore them, if you want to pass the broker exam.
