I think that even with the legal problems at Fox Hills, that it is a better deal. Fox Hills is already established and the prices right now make it an incredible value. Where else can you get a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with all those amenties in the 7th wealthiest county in the entire country for less than 200k? Greenbriar is nice, but there are some unknowns: when will everything be finished, will maintenance go up, who will your future neighbors be, will resales hold the value? To me that is too many unknowns. In this market I think less uncertainty and cheaper prices should prevail. Time will ultimately tell which purchases now were wiser, but based in the above, I think Fox Hills is better.
