Keller Williams is the fastest growing and largest for a reason... the training, open book policy, focus on teaching agents how to be true CEO's and team build is cutting edge and will prevail as the old school business models of the high budget marketing firms like remax, coldwell, prudential, etc will become a model of the past and continue to loose their best agents if they don't modify there model and open the books...
So to the OP, get a seasoned Realtor to help you make a questions list to interview these companies, dont go off someones opinion, it may not suit you. and these companies are interviewing you , you are interviewing them as well. The best education will depend on what you want to learn. What niche are you going to sell in? First time home buyers? HUD homes? Short Sales?
The best advice is to speak with as many brokers as you can stand and see who rubs you the right way. An office may have great training and education, but if the culture is not a right fit then you probably wont have longevity.
