Set boundaries!!!!!

I can not accommodate every ones work schedule as we move more into a 24 hour world people work all manner of hours. As an agent I have to set clear business hours, of course "some" flexibility is always in order, but I can NOT allow my clients to have control over when I work!

Don't over spend! So many folks get approved for X amount, but can find what they want for less, but end up by at X amount. No reason to be house poor. Good question!

For 1st time home buyers: Don't buy a home that is at the max of your loan approval. You may need extra funds for the home after you own it and you will want to eat out, go to a movie, etc.

If the deal doesn't work, there's something better waiting. The last good deal hasn't been made. (Advice from my dad.)
