Graham-
I have wanted to get this designation as well. How have you used it? Do you use your ECO-skills with both buyers and sellers? Wed Feb 13 2008, 13:43

Andrea- I was EcoBroker Certified last year. For more info, check out their web site...EcoBroker.com. Basically, it is additional training and resources in everything Green as it relates to Real Estate. I found their training helpful in that I gained insights and education in Green Building practices that I may not have been exposed to otherwise. This in turn hopefully makes me a more informed and educated consumer, and better allows me to point out issues and practices as it relates to these issues in Buying and Selling Real Estate not just for myself, but for my clients. I found it worth while, and the Certification gives a certain amount of credibility to the knowledge. Hope this helps!
