I have already hit my goal for 2010, working on closing it out even stronger and thinking whats in store for me for
2011.

Its been a great year I hope everybodys year turns out great there is still time left.

4 once - sold two listings and they both bought from me. Three over $200K and one over $400K

As an individual with no teamwork 7, with a team (4 people) 14. According to these rate I should have dropped the team or made a better one.

Are you closing REO Properties only? We have awesome "retail" listings and the Buyers seem to be sitting on the fence! I think they are still "watching the market" in the hope it will decline more....I feel we are at the bottom of the market here in Northeast Metro Atlanta...We are working very hard to have a prosperous, income producing 4th quarter...wish the lenders would do SOMETHING TO HELP!!

Hi Courtney, if you need an fha lender, or back up let me know. Our rates are under 4.5% with 0 lenders fees, points, etc. If you are looking for new agents I would require proof of closings from anyone who sais they are doing 2/day on an individual basis. Good luck with the recruiting.

2 months I closed 4 or 5 in the same week approx 1.6 mill..but that is definitely not the norm for me, it was just good timing.

Mark - how many properties will you and your team sell this year?

My record was 6 during the last week of 2006. Lots of little dramas that week.

My goal for 2010 was 36 transactions and a GCI of $172000. I am currently at 16 closings (I think) and a GCI of around $115000.

That being said, after 6 + years of energetic selling and closing about 150 transactions, only 42 of those were listings.

I am focusing on 3 listings leads per week the measurement of success that matters more than anything to my future. I really just want to list and sell about 20 houses a year. So, the math metrics are fairly easy to track.

I have a specific action plan for the next three months that involves a 12 direct to my haven't mets (about 1000 email addresses) and . It is hard to look ahead any further than that.

WOW Mark, you are my hero - maybe I'd better strive for the 3 in a week goal if you are pulling off several in a day. OK now, I'm inspired, does that include any time for sleep??

Last week was a record for me - 3 in one week one in Bridgewater, one in Morris Plains and one in Hillsborough. As much as I desire a similar pace going forward, I would be very happy with a closing a week, that would be an increase over my average closing rate this year or last. How I hope to get there is by gunning really hard on lead generation and follow up.

It is hard to squeeze in more than 2 per day due to the delays lenders cause with all the new requirements. Use to be able to do 3 per day if they were with same closing attorney or very close. Did even better years ago when mail aways were allowed.
