Trulia App... is there a way to set up the Trulia App to alert me when a lead contact comes in? I have a Galaxy S4.

Yes, they can set it up so you get an alert on your app, and if you subscribe to leads you will automatically get a phone call and text each time a lead comes in. Its very helpful and makes sure you can always respond to your leads in the golden under 5 minute time frame.

Call the number mentioned below and they can set you up.

Yes for text alerts to work you would have to have the text alert turned on your phone, however I am puzzled as to why this would be an annoyance since the idea of a text is instant communication, so if you had no sound for incoming texts then you would never know when you received one. Many younger buyers and sellers much prefer to text vs call or email so keep this in mind. You don't want to miss your leads texts, and the great part of texts is you can reply and carry on a conversation in areas that a phone call would be inappropriate. Once you start texting you will love it.

I tried calling 3 times and got tired of waiting on hold. I hung up after 10-15 minutes. Anyway, I opened a chat window and someone answered right away. I found out the Trulia App doesn't have any method for visual or audible alerting when a lead comes in.

But, if you set up your phone to alert on incoming SMS Text messages and have leads come in via text message, then you can set up an alert on your phone. But, the down side is if you are a frequent text message user... it''ll be chirping all day long.
