Aaron, when choosing a good provider/designer bear in mind you need someone who is verse in marketing more then the design. Only because the design itself does not bring new buyers nor sellers. WordPress is very easy to maintain and update yourself if you're doing it on the budget or want to keep most of the control. We are offering currently free basic install. Visit our page for examples and more details. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us ;)

Aaron, my back end is WordPress. It is pretty easy, but Nick helps me maintain. He uses indexed IDX.

Hi Jennifer,
What does your back end Admin login look like?
What possibilities do you have?

While choosing website designer make sure all the features you want for your work would be included. Don't go after which looks stunning and has eye catchy looks. Make sure that, with that website you can easily update your upcoming properties easily etc. See if it is user friendly or not otherwise you will have to call for the developer every time when you will have problem. Check this company, as it also provides a website for real estate business

Hank's site is one of the best I've seen as far as full of content, eye appeal, and usefulness. Good luck with your website development. I'd be careful how much money you spend. It's going to cost a lot to get a top notch site than add your optimization costs. Beware of many companies out there offering you optimization for cheap. Most of it is BS. Guard your wallet.

There are a lot of free websites out there right now. GAMLS allows you to create a free bio. Depending on what brokerage company you work for usually has one as well. I work at Keller Williams and they provide one. I also have my own through godaddy. you can just go there and buy your domain name and go from there.
