I read the Craigs List post and while Mott pointed out possible Ethics violations (and Ethics should be one of our first thoughts) some of the positive words from the study were good. I liked the caveot at the end when the writer states that if you use the word curb appeal, your property better look good as the prospect drives up and gets their second impression. You ad is their first impression; and it should be as good as you can make it! That is good advise. However, it should be truthful as well!
