I AM LOOKING FOR A GOOD ADVERTISING VENUE? ANY IDEAS?
I still use the Real Estate book and get good leads. Doing a print ad allows you to upload all of your listings, even though you may not put that listing in the print ad. I think it gives a good internet presence for me. I also have an email and letter plan I use for the leads the real estate book sends me. I can track a few sales from it. But it's a lot of work! Staying in touch with my former clients every month is still my best source of business - I love referrals from past happy clients.
