Quick question: ''SEWER: Connected on Bond''~ in mls. What does it mean?

I don't have such in my area: ''SEWER: Connected on Bond,In Connected and Paid,Paid''. Can anyone give me an idea what is about? '' is it connected or not to city?

how much it cost to connected & connected bond I guees to the sewer on the streer

This means the government has brought the sewer line as far as they need to, which is usually down the middle of the street. .
It is the home owner's responsibilty to run the line from their house to the main sewer line. .

Sounds like this is either new constuction, or the line to/from the house needs repair..

only way to find out, is to pull a preliminary report on the property. the responses from an unknown material fact could be sketchy and you may be liable for an extra expense. i would suggest to contact the listing agent directly and ask him/her to show you the preliminary report prior to a written purchase contract. (could be a special sewer bond assesment,mello roos, etc.)
