I would say about 75% of my marketing efforts is on the internet. I do it all - - my broker site, my own site, trulia, zillow, single propety sites, facebook and twitter. Many of the leads I get find me on the internet - some of them I "meet" through email and some come to my open houses and say they saw ME (and the property) on line before they came.
I do not knock on doors, I do send postcards, I do not advertise on calenders or shopping carts... I don't do mixers, I do participate in my broker's home buyer seminars but I do not host them myself. I do not cold call.
I am consistently in the top three agents in my office of almost 50 agents in both dollar volume and transactions.
