The reality is that 75% of the agents that started in the business 10 years ago are no longer involved with real estate.....

There's no doubt that most new agents will go through a period of difficulty. Interviewing agents that have thrown in the towel after a tough real estate experience will often reveal that these individuals felt abandoned and didn't get the level of support they needed to enjoy success.

"Failing" of any nature should be unacceptable to managers and brokers alike and a commitment taken to make certain aspiring agents get everything the need...including success!

"Failing forward".....I think not!

Just keeping it real!

I believe failures both large and small are significant signs indicating a need for change in order to grow and succeed. Failures remind me that I should switch tracks rather quickly, rethink and understand to yield a more desirable result, and embrace change because it is the ultimate key to opportunities that lead to eventual success.

The "fail forward," is an interest phrase. I like "spring in to success". Have a great day!

Failing is a result much like the result of boiling a egg for three minutes.
Don't make more of it than that.

The reality is you fail small but WIN BIG!

When the person that discovers how to decouple gravity WINS....the years of failed results will fade from memory.

Always a great thing to remember! It's scary, but there are few better ways to learn.

Absolutely Jack!! This is one of the foundations of what we train our agents at Keller Williams Realty. If you are not are not growing. This is a great audio interview with Gary Keller talking about this subject:…
