There's no doubt that most new agents will go through a period of difficulty. Interviewing agents that have thrown in the towel after a tough real estate experience will often reveal that these individuals felt abandoned and didn't get the level of support they needed to enjoy success.
"Failing" of any nature should be unacceptable to managers and brokers alike and a commitment taken to make certain aspiring agents get everything the need...including success!
