OBX (Outer Banks) Property Owners Live in NOVA!

Outer Banks, NC Tax Records indicate that many owners of property here in coastal NC live in northern Virginia. Are there any real estate agents in NOVA who might be interested in working their database to generate referrals of OBX property owners and receive a referral check when I close the sale?
