Need a Glendale, CA agent for a reverse co-list
I have a short sale in Glendale (and more to come) and I need an agent for a reverse co-list. All you need to do is put up a sign and install a lockbox...I am going all of the paperwork and negotiating the shortsale. You can get credit for it on your MLS. The work is minimal.
