Need Website help

Asked by Camille Miller, Flemington, NJ Sat Oct 25, 2008

I'm looking for a website designer/programmer that can give me an awesome broker type site with lots of news feeds and multiple IDX feeds. It CAN NOT be a template site. Can anyone recommend a great company that didn't cost way too much and really did provide help and great ideas? Thanks.

There is no cheap way to do that. It's going to cost you thousands of dollars to achieve a good result, once you include the cost of initial setup plus yearly maintenance, IDX, news feeds, etc. Even then, it will require a great deal of time to maintain properly. IDX plus news feeds gives you what today amounts to an ordinary and boring site. You've got to go further than that with constant tailoring to your local market.

Hi Camille,

I work with Total IDX and we can add a full MLS search to any existing website. Total IDX also includes easy to use lead generation tools (we have additional features for brokers), shared property listings on sites like Trulia and Zillow, and a custom branded iPhone app that your clients can download for free.

You can always hire someone to make you a great website first and then we can add our IDX features. We even provide all of the HTML and CSS code necessary for a professional designer/developer to highly customize your website.

Our service is only $40/month with no contracts, no hidden fees, and a free setup. Our multi user accounts start at $79/month (3-10 users).

Please let me know what you think and I'm here if you have any questions.

I can offer you a really simple website that will give you real time leads for only $300. $50/month.

The only catch is you must be willing to update the website with your listings often. Something most agents do want to do. At first you'll probably need to update it every day, and then you can update it once a week.

Sites that spit out leads are updated often with good content.
Sites that don't spit out leads you don't have to do anything! You get out what you put in!

PS. If you live in Texas (where I do) I'll give you the site for zero. Just have to pay the $50/month if you're cool with letting us put a "Get your mortgage quote" box on the site.

Try and

They can do custom and templates that look custom and affordable..

Young, Experienced And Innovative...

Then talk to me about how i can show how to post 30 ads per day on Craigslist for buyers, fsbo and prospects in general

I agree with Mike. If you REALLY want what you're asking for you're going to have to shell out thousands. I believe AgentImage custom sites are 5K and that's even putting a lot of their template stuff in there. I just saw a post here on Trulia yesterday about somone investing 20K and it was an impressive site; although she got lucky because most of the time you end up just wasting money. Sorry to sound doll but your options are as they do custom works or
Hope this helps :-)

Here are 2 companies that provide great service when building sites. Although they build a great template, their custom sites are a step above the rest.

I've seen great success with Top Producer sites. Looking crisp and clean. But I'm assuming you'd consider that a template site.
