Is your MLS feeding the data through something like http://www.listhub.com or http://www.point2.com?

If not I suggest your broker signing up for these services - they're mostly free.

Also - it could be a problem with your site not pulling the data through.

So many things

USUALLY I say in answer to this - "Mr/Mrs Seller I am making sure that the information that is publicly shown is perfect and this takes a few hours. I'd rather make sure your home is represented in the VERY best light than just throwing it up there and hoping"

It usually takes 24-48 hours from the time a listing is input in the MLS for it to appear on consumer sites such as this one.

Ann, it could be because your REALTOR is protecting you and the buyer of your home.
Have your REALTOR explain the hazard and peril created by exposing your homes data to aggregate websites and losing all control of your homes data. You, your agent, the broker, the buyer agent and buyer broker all might be held accountable.

Another answer could be you are impatient and, if you home was recently listed, will EVENTUALLY appear here.

Best of success,
