Its once again time for a new all in one printer scanner fax copier . I currently have an Epson Work Force 365.

Would like one that does not cost so much for ink refills. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We've virtually gone paperless at our office. We use the TinyScan, ZipForms, and SignEasy apps to fill out contracts, addendums, open house walk-in forms, etc all on our mobile devices.

You should give it a shot. Every once in a while we will get a client or two who aren't tech savvy and will have to revert back to good ol' fashioned paper and pen to close the deal :)

Hope this helps.

I just got the HP Officejet pro 8600 a few months a go and I love it. its fast, and ink last a long time. The ink is cheaper at Costco too.

And by the way, I hate refilled ink from Costco or Office Max, it never last as long and is always a little lighter. Id rather save myself the hassle of saving those, taking them down and picking them up for what you get, just buy new. Especially if you do a lot of post cards and flyers.

Costco only holds a model for so long, it may still be there and if it is , it is the best place to get it cause of their no hassle return fee and free warranty, but if its not there , best buy would most likely have it or either of them may have the newest model out....either way ink is cheaper. good luck.

I've been very happy with my HP Officejet Pro 8500 (I'm sure there is probably a newer version of it out as mine is a few years old).

I have the Epson Work Force 645.....I do like the multi-function feature, including the document feeder for scanning.

Have you looked at alternative ways to get ink? For example, Office max will refill and recycle cartridges.
http://www.officemax.com/home/custom.jsp?id=m7350029. Give them a try

Fortunately, going paperless has been a big help, although we don't totally give up printing for different reason.

I recently went to Canon and am happy with the product and I'm buying ink much less frequently. Consider adding "cloud" capability to your desired features.

Good luck with your decision.
