It says in VIP page on Trulia that checking into the listing is 10 points. How do we "check into the listing"?

I'm not "checking into" any listings.

If app worked, you'd download it and when you visited properties, you'd tap 'Check In' and you'd be checked in and ten points would be added to you point total.

Unfortunately, the app doesn't work. I downloaded it and when I visited properties I tried to check in. The app either found no properties or properties other than the active listing I was standing in. The app is good at finding out of date listings and on very rare occasions, an actual active listing that I visited.

I provided feedback on the app a number of times, asking what Truliia planned to do to either fix the check-in feature or discontinue it. The answer was....well, nothing. They never bothered to respond. Super disappointing!

Download the Trulia for Agents app on your phone. There's an option to "check in" when you are at a property.... That said, mine hasn't been working lately. Anybody else having this issue? I've deleted and reloaded the app. Didn't fix it.

I use it. Very easy, very quick. The agent app pulls up all the properties for sale in the area you are in, so you really don't have to search for it. Most often I do not have time to check in during the showing, but do so after the showings so I can rack up my points. One thing I do like about the app....... Often callers see a property that is on Trulia, but not in the MLS or in another area MLS that I am not a member of. I can find it quickly on the app and provide information a little quicker that searching on my desk top for 20 minutes

you can only do it on a mobile device - download Trulia for agents and follow instructions, which are pretty self-explanatory. Sometimes the app glitches and you have to search for the right property manually, etc... - I stopped using it after a while

The Trulia for agents app needs to be downloaded, then you can check into listings.

you need to download the "Trulia for Agents" application for your smart phone... and it will allow you to "check in" at properties that you visit.
