Contact my partner Stephen Henson. He is in SC and is an FHA expert. He has closed several FHA loans with low scores........well below 580. We also have an underwriter that will gladly fund manufactured homes as long as they are on FHA/HUD approved permanent foundations. If the foundation is not HUD approved, it will be extremely diffucult to get any type of reasonalbe financing. You can reach Stephen at Tell him Mark told you to call.

It depends, you can find some FHA sponsors that will go as low as 580, it all depends on the lender/sponsor and other factors such as dti, ltv, etc. If the loan is other wise strong enough, it shouldn't be too difficult to find a lender/sponsor that will do a loan with 580-600 mid scores. I work for a mortgage broker in Charlotte and we have many FHA sponsors. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance or have any questions, hope this helps.

Hi Christina,
We can do a manufactured home down to a 600 fico score on FHA and 620 fico score on a conventional loan. Please let me know if I can help with anything further.
