We saw almost a 30% increase in sales prices this year! For a good 5 month period or so regular home buyers were finding it very difficult to purchase because deep pocketed investors were flooding the market with cash offers. Market conditions have started to calm down recently though and the influx has died down quite a bit.

We haven't quite moved to a Sellers market as yet...heading that direction but we have a ways to go. I have had a few multiple offers as we are beginning to see limited inventory in a couple of areas.

Multiple offers if the property is priced accordingly, yes! My personal observations here in Miami Florida is that there is really not a shortage of inventory but a chunk of over-priced inventory including distressed properties.

Yes, but depending on the home size and condition, not necessarily as high prices as earlier.

We are seeing multiple offers with supply of homes limited. Although, in the last month it has slowed down a little.

Things have turned a little bit here in Fort Wayne. Most of the year has been a strong seller's market with multiple offers and low inventory. Over the last few months it has evened out.

Absolutely!!! We find that a property can have no activity for some time and then comes multiple offers. The market is definitely changing!!

We are seeing low inventory but also few offers

Things have slowed down in Santa Clarita for sure. Anything under $500K seems to still be flying off the shelf though. San Fernando Valley is still selling a bit better than we are.

As a whole, the Charlotte NC area has around 5-6 months inventory and depending on the location (closer to town) or distressed status (short sale priced well or REO inventory) is receiving multiple offers

Yes, inventory is very low and appropriately priced homes get multiple offers in days.

Inventory still low. Only get mulitple offers if that is the strategy and time is an issue.
