The leads generated by Market Leader are 'typical' internet leads.
Of the total volume of leads you buy, about 15% can be identified as leads you should invest your time. 1 in five of these will pan out.
Like most selllers of internet leads, they are sellling the false premise that you must respond to all inquires in 2.4 nano-seconds. If you have the clarity of thought to know your market, spot the qualifiers and resond accourdingly, ML can prove to be an element in your array of resources. If you do not have the clarity of thought, you willl a have PAID for a job. Those who have fallen into such a trap will know exactly what I'm talking about.
in the end you will conclude you shoud do your own lead generation.

I used it for a couple of years a few years ago. It had limited value as the leads were not good, sound leads and it was hard to follow through to a closing. I had a few closings, but it was not really worth it for me. It did have a good lead management piece to it that you could plug all of your leads into and keep track and send out automated or personal messages. It was pretty expensive for my budget.
Your Castle Realestate
I have used it for some time and it has produced decent results 3-4 transactions per year . I also really like it as a contact management system to incubate leads that I personally add to the system as well. It has many attractive features in my opinion. So I would recommend it as part of your lead generation tool box.
