Investing for Realtors. Where can I find books, articles, etc. on how Realtors are investing in real estate.
All books on the market are geared toward unlicensed individuals, but it's different for Realtors.
I'm looking for information on how to invest in real estate as a Realtor. Flipping, lease option, subject to, etc. Thanks in advance.

Check out the books and downloads through the Millionaire Systems offered at KW. Also, email me and I will put you on the update list for opportunities to join webinars - I am participating in one tomorrow on how to invest in real estate using self directed IRAs. These are the kinds of values you'll ge as an agent at Keller Williams. Not sure who you;re with, but you should look into our brokerage. It is structured to support a multitude of business models. Email me directly for more information - vchrisner@kw.com
