Unless you're using it to set yourself apart, it blends you in. Case and point: I see the pro logo next to your name, but other realtors have the pro & vip so why do they have that and you don't? The real answer is that you paid for it, and haven't put the time in for the VIP. There is nothing wrong with that, but advertising sites like this can lead to a headache if you aren't careful with it.

I've never paid for a PRO status and I've accumulated almost 100 leads, (69) according to Trulia Voices Activity, however, I've had many phone calls and personal emails to my email and hits on my websites. Additionally participating in the various social forums really integrates you into the Trulia culture and builds your credibility
