Your listing will be live on the public site for about 48 hours before it can be registered by you as an exclusive listing. That means that for the first most critical day or two for a new listing, it will appear with other agents' names available for contact. I have complained but just get a boilerplate non- answer about how they are trying to speed up their cycle times. I suggested that they allow the agent who is paying for the listing to control when it goes live and got the same answer in reply. It's infuriating and is about to cause me to cancel my Pro participation.

If you solely work Manhattan, open house attendance should not be a problem regardless of you being on Trulia or not as there are just so many people in the city. This site may have less value than your company website but it could lead to customers. It's another way to get exposure. Good luck.
