I want to break into the reo market in my area...What is the secret!!! How is this done!!?

I have been selling reo's like crazy recently...I believe that the agents who represent some of these homes are overloaded and inefficient. I believe I can do it better!!!
Please give me some idea's on how to break into this market in a big way!!

Yep you need to just do searches on searches to find places to sign up to be a BPO agent....however just know they don't all pay and if you are doing a BPO and it looks just like an appraisal also asking you to do adjustment beware because it is a Misdemeanor Class A if your BPO gets passed off as an appraisal. I guess there were some companies that were doing that of course that probably ran right along with all the fraud lending too. I've been working for a company out of Colorado for 4 years for free BPO's and finally got listings after 2 years...I guess I finally proved myself and I've been getting listings ever since. However I can't seem to get BPO requests or listings from any other source out there...funny I have all this experience and can't pick up another REO vendor... I believe its one of those things that its first come first serve...people who have been doing REO's since the 80's are still doing them because they are selling their listings so why should the bank look for new agents to train. Again just get your name out there over and over!
