Try RMS Property Management. They manage hundreds of homes including several real estate agent's personal rental properties. http://www.rmsrentalservices.com/ or call them at 678-804-2468

I have referred several investors to them and they are all very happy.

These seem like great ideas - you can also post a referral request on Active Rain. I've had luck finding good agents in that area through that site.
