Hello Cindi,

A year ago I made the switch and have not looked back. As a matter of fact I have been replacing all of our PCs, the only Windows computer left in the family is an IBM Thinkpad tablet. There was some initial difficulty as I had a significant investment in PC software. I purchased VMWare Fusion which allows you to emulate any PC environment. In short this software allows you to run any software or access any website that you are currently accessing with your PC.

Sincerely,

While I do not have an Apple/Mac, as a prior computer consultant, I can tell you that you will most likely run into some issues, primarily with IE/ActiveX controls. A good PC emulation software should do the trick though. I can't tell you any off hand, but talking with someone a little more experienced in Apple's will probably generate a few good possibilities to research :-)
