http://www.NiceHome4sale.com I would like some feedback on it if you can ;) Thanks!
As you know pages of websites will show up. Some will be major companies and some will be agent personal sites. Click on the links and scroll down to the bottom of the home page. You will see the names of the different companies that design websites. Some offer templates that are inexpensive. Some will offer more advanced programs that will help you use key words, meta tags etc. Some will have tutorials that allow you to do the work yourself and some will charge you to do it for you. Your budget will determine what company designer you choose to use.
Placement is key and many agents purchase those phrases that let's say google determines are the most used. There is pay per click which can add up pretty quickly. Some companies will do it organically for you as well.
I entered in a search for example Greenwich CT Real Estate. I selected one site that appeared on the first page. It was for an agent covering your area, http://www.danielleclaroni.com. I clicked on the link and scrolled down to the bottom of the home page. The company that designed the site was advancedaccess.com.
You then go to that website and research what products they have to offer.
Also do a search using top producers names. Same process as above. If they didn't use their company's products, then they will have at the bottom of the page the company they did use.
There is no magic bullet here.
