Hi Hilary

There are many BPO vendors out there you can sign up with i.e. Equator. I use http://www.assetval.com. I would recommend staying away from ones that ask you to pay to register or take zip codes. Many will ask about your experience NAR offers a BPO certification now. I am not sure if it leads to getting more BPOs but an option to explore.

Good luck

I would suggest that if you are with a larger firm, you partner up with someone who can show you the ropes that is well vested in the process. Learning by experience is the best way. If not, see if your broker is okay with you shadowing someone who accepts this agreement at another firm. Good luck!
