I'm having enough transactions now to need an assistant. What are your experiences in finding someone part time for admin work?

Rena has her daughter interested in helping you, that's great!! I recommend an interview.

At our office, we provide all agents with a transaction coordinator :)

Do you want an assistant to take care of front end or back end duties or both?
You next need to determine, do you want to pay an hourly or on a transactional basis.

A full time assistant can bring with it additional costs in the form of benefits. Consider persuing a shared assistant, one that would have already been trained and has a good feel for what an agent would require.

Good luck,

For me it's the training . It takes time to train an assistant and after a while they leave and you have to start all over again. You might want to conceder a licensed agent or someone with experience and is familiar with Real Estate apps and softwear.

Another option is a virtual assistant. Its easier today with the digital signatures, zip firm , docusign and CRM.
Gongrats on your descision to have an of luck!

It is not easy to find an assistant that you click with. Make sure you have a good written contract with every thing covered. Have your broker review your contract between you and your assistant. Your broker will be able to give you great input into your agreement. Congratulations on being able to get an assistant.
Thank You
